Stepping forward as guardians of order and voices of change. ✊🏻

Earlier Today, The Junior Police proudly participated in the Institutional Youth Forum spearheaded by the BSP, alongside fellow youth organizations—GSP, SSLG, JERT, YES-O, and BKB. This gathering became an avenue for us to actively engage in meaningful discussions about the issues affecting our school community.

As part of our duty, we shared our insights on discipline, safety, and student welfare, while also listening to the perspectives of other organizations. Through collaboration and unity, we helped identify and vote on key concerns that will be prioritized for planning and future proposals.

This experience reminds us that being a Junior Police is not only about maintaining peace and order, but also about taking initiative, standing for what is right, and being part of the solution. consistently.

Together, we serve. Together, we lead.

Empowering leaders. Building discipline. Inspiring excellence. 💙👮‍♂️

On February 26, 2026, The Junior Police Organization successfully conducted a meaningful seminar with the theme “Empowering Student Leaders: Strengthening Leadership and Discipline.” This activity aimed to develop stronger leadership values, promote responsibility, and encourage discipline among student leaders from Grade 7 to Grade 10, together with presidents, officers, and representatives from different school organizations.

We were truly honored to have Sir James Lowie T. Generana as our guest speaker. His inspiring message reminded us that true leadership is not about titles or positions, but about responsibility, integrity, and service. He encouraged every student leader to be firm in discipline, confident in decision-making, and committed to being a role model inside and outside the school.

As said by John C. Maxwell,
“ A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. ”

This powerful quote perfectly reflects the heart of the seminar — leadership means setting the example and guiding others through actions, not just words.

This event was more than just a gathering; it was a step toward shaping empowered, disciplined, and service-oriented student leaders who are ready to make a difference.

Together, we lead. Together, we serve. Together, we grow. 💪✨

Today, our Junior Police members stood in formation, demonstrating that leadership isn't just a title—it’s a practice. For these students, the uniform represents a commitment to being a role model for their peers. In these positions, they aren't just learning drills, they are developing the self-discipline, punctuality, and respect for authority that will carry them through their academic careers and beyond. We are incredibly proud of the dedication these young leaders show every single day.

A proud and historic moment 🚨👮 Today, the Mactan NHS Junior Police held its first-ever formation—a true beginning of our commitment to discipline, service, and unity within our school. This milestone would not have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and constant guidance of our adviser, Sir Mark V. Barcero, who has supported us every step of the way. We sincerely thank you, Sir, for believing in us and inspiring us to lead with responsibility and honor. 💙

But this is only the start! We are still in the process of selecting our official lineup, and we continue to recruit responsible and dedicated members who are ready to serve as role models for their fellow students.
