Good day, Einstein Community Parents, Guardians, and Students!

Due to recent earthquake aftershocks and the necessary safety checks and repairs to our buildings, all classes will temporarily shift to a virtual learning model next week.

Your safety remains our highest priority.

Next Week's Learning Overview

* Monday: Students will engage in Asynchronous Activities (independent work) at home.

* Tuesday to Friday: Classes will be a mix of Synchronous (live online) sessions in the mornings and Asynchronous (independent work) in the afternoons.

Important Notes for Parents

• ESSENTIAL ITEM RETRIEVAL: MONDAY. You may pick up your child's essential belongings (books, etc.) from the campus on Monday following the given SCHEDULE below:

G1 to G3 - 8:00 to 8:30 AM
G4 to G6 - 8:30 to 9:00 AM
G7 to G10 - 9:00 to 9:30 AM
G11 to G12 - 9:30 to 10:00 AM
Preschool - 10:00 to 10:30 AM

• Full Memo Monday: A comprehensive MEMO from the Administration will be sent on Monday with all final details, including complete schedules and virtual meeting links.

Einstein School Cebu will hold its 1st Quarter Parent-Teacher Conference and Card Giving on October 4, 2025 (Saturday), from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

Please be advised that the Parent Seminar originally scheduled will be postponed to avoid large indoor gatherings.
