Please be informed that the application period for Online Promissory Notes is open from June 22 to July 25, 2026. All applications must be submitted online through NUIS.

To ensure approval, kindly prepare and upload the following requirements via NUIS:
✅ A promissory note written and signed by the parent or guardian
✅ A photocopy of a valid ID of the parent or guardian with three (3) specimen signatures
✅ The amount to be settled and the proposed settlement date must be clearly stated in the letter

Make sure that all documents are complete and clearly scanned before submission.

Under his leadership, NU MOA achieved a 100% passing rate for first-time takers in the May 2026 Licensure Examination for Dentists and Dental Hygienist Licensure Examination.
