Engr. Lucky is an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of the Philippines Los Baños. He leads students through the expanding world of electronics, electromagnetics, and instrumentation.

He is also a DOST Foreign Graduate Scholar who earned his 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 in Mechanical and Electrical Systems Engineering from the 𝐊𝐲𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, Japan, and completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) at UPLB.

Engr. Lucky also served as a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 at 𝐃𝐲𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐏𝐭𝐞. 𝐋𝐭𝐝. In additional roles, he grows to share knowledge as an Expert Contributor for Quizlet, crafting educational materials in 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠.. 💡

A 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 and proud alumnus of the University of the Philippines – Los Baños, Engr. Cezar began his career at the Department of Energy, contributing to the Philippines’ power, transmission, and distribution planning. He later became 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, leading advocacy and policy initiatives in the renewable energy sector. 💡

Certified as an 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗔𝗚 (𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗖) 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆, he has represented the Philippines in various international energy forums, collaborating with industry leaders and policymakers. He also led a research team for a global consulting firm, addressing sustainability and clean energy challenges.

Engr. Cezar holds a 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸) from the 𝗔𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗼 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, where he graduated with Gold Medal honors. His passion for energy, education, and advocacy continues to drive his mission of shaping a more sustainable and informed energy future. 🌏⚙️
