THE LBSHS ROBOTICS CLUB IS BACK ON TRACK!🤖

With the past 2 days (October 2-3), the LBSHS Robotics Club held their first training as they get to do a hands-on training experience with the WeeeBot Mini. The members participated and brainstormed to create a collaborative effort of forming new obstacle patterns for the said robot.

The training demonstrated the club's dedication to encouraging creativity, innovation, and the next generation of robotics enthusiasts!💙

Yesterday, the LBSHS Robotics Team received a courtesy call from the District Office and is warmly congratulated by our dearest District Supervisor, Ma'am Eva Marie Cambe.

We highly appreciate your support to the team and to all of Los Baños Senior High School! 💙

Today, the robotics team travelled to Naic, Cavite to participate in the Robotics Summer Cup 2023, a national event composed of 278 teams, from 7 regions in the country. Out of the 20 teams competing in the Division B of line following category, with Roboling-ling in hand, the Robotics Club delegates were one of the 3 teams that were able to rack up a Technical Award.

Congratulations, John Michael P. Verena and Michael Lewis O. Castro! Your hardwork and sleep-deprived nights has paid off. Your robotics family is proud of both of you.

We are grateful to our club advisers, Ma'am Gladys Lambayong and Engr. Kim Catignas Tiamson, for their guidance. We are also thankful for Ma'am Arlene Castillo for accompanying them in their journey to the event held in Cavite. We further extend our deepest gratitude to the students, teachers, parents, and most especially to Dr. Mel Anthony P. Liboon, Principal of Los Baños Senior HighSchool and Ms. Eva Marie S. Cambe, District Supervisor of Los Baños, for the support all throughout their training.

We'd like to take this time to greet Ma'am Gladys, one of our club advisers, a Happy Mother's day! We're truly blessed to have you.

And to all mothers out there, Happy Mothers' day to all dearest "Ilaw ng Tahanan" who keeps on connecting the circuit to light up your homes! ❤️✨

Dear LBSHS students, please take note. 📢

Students will resume the scanning of their QR code upon their arrival at school. This was already implemented at the start of limited face-to-face classes last year (2022), but was temporarily removed. This time around, the scanning will only apply to students arriving past the official start of class (late).

Yesterday, the dry-run of the said activity was successfully conducted, under the supervision of the Robotics club officers. Prior to this, School Guidance Designate, Sir Limbaco, sought cooperation with the club to use the gadgets necessary for its implementation.

LOOK! 👀 Selected students from Los Baños Senior High School took part in the weeklong celebration of ; some of which are members of the LBSHS Robotics Club. We'd like to congratulate them for doing an outstanding job in participating in the event held today.

Hello, LBSHS! 🤖💙

The club finally held its first robot assembly! ✨

After splitting the members into three groups, each had to build the robot assigned to them. Two groups were given a sumobot, and one group was given a space rail (a marble roller coaster).

Regardless of the limited time allotted for the activity, one group was able to finish. The other groups were also not that behind on their progress as they were also almost done, with little to no construction left.

Members of the logistics and program committee conducted a meeting where each committees had a specific task to finish.

The logistics committee, spearheaded by the PIO and PO officers, continued the catalogue of robot parts and coded the data into an excel sheet.

On the other hand, the program committee, led by the Vice President, held a meeting for the club's future activities.
