Para sa lahat ng EXISTING COLLEGE Educational Assistance Grantees, maaari na pong magsumite ng mga sumusunod na requirements:

📄 Mga Kailangang Isumite:
• Isang (1) certified true copy na may pangalan at pirma ng pinatutunayang opisyal at dalawang (2) kopya ng pinatutunayang tunay na kopya ng 1st Semester Class Card / Copy of Grades (S.Y. 2025–2026)
• Certified true copy na may pangalan at pirma ng pinatutunayang opisyal ng Certificate of Enrollment/Registration o Enrollment Form para sa 2nd Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026
• Certificate na pirmado ng Discipline Prefect / Dean / Head ng Office of Student Affairs na nagpapatunay na ang estudyante ay hindi nasuspinde nang higit sa dalawang (2) linggo, hindi rin dismissed, excluded, o expelled dahil sa usaping disiplina. Kinakailangan na ang purpose of request ay para sa Educational Assistance.
