The UP Los Baños Triskelions proudly congratulate our fellow brothers, Brod 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐒. 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐧 - 𝟖𝟏’ 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡, and Brod 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐲 “𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐣𝐚𝐲” 𝐓. Brod Edison worked as a farmer before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business, while Brod Jayjay, who was a jeepney driver, pursued a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Agricultural Economics, minor in Farm Management at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB).

Brod Jayjay expressed, “Aside from being a product of UPLB, my Fraternity (UPLB Triskelions) has molded me to become a more responsible and civil individual in society. It made me more mature in dealing with the difficulties one has to face amongst various characters and their attitudes.” Brod Edison added, “Respeto at pagtulong sa mga kapatid ay nadala ko sa daily life, in and out of the workplace.”

This recognition is a testament to their exemplary conduct that lives up to Triskelions' objective to be of service to others and gives meaning to the Fraternity’s Tenets and Code of Conduct. Salute!

The UP Los Baños Triskelions congratulates 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐡 “𝐉𝐢𝐦” 𝐕. 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚 - 𝟗𝟓’ 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚 on his conferment of a Juris Doctor degree at San Beda University, College of Law, in a ceremony held at the Philippines International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City.

San Beda University College of Law alumni assembled in PICC's plenary hall last November 28 for the eagerly anticipated Academic Convocation, during which individuals who earned their Bachelor of Laws from 1966 to 2019 were conferred Juris Doctor degrees in accordance with LEB Memorandum Order No. 19, series of 2018.

Atty. Jim is currently the chairman of the UP Triskelions Alumni, Inc. (UP TAI) and one of the Triskelion attorneys set to make a big impact in our country's legal sector. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) and pursued his law degree at San Beda University Mendiola, Manila Law School.

The conferment of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree refers to the formal granting or awarding of the Juris Doctorate degree to individuals who have successfully completed the requirements of a Juris Doctor program at a law school. The Juris Doctor is a professional graduate degree in law and is the primary qualification for legal practice in the Philippines.

The UP Los Baños Triskelions congratulates 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐞𝐨𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢 “𝐉𝐞𝐨𝐡” 𝐂. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬 - 𝐅𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝟒, for passing the September 2023 Bar Examinations.

Atty. Jeoh is among the 3,812 out of 10,387 (36.77%) examinees who successfully passed the bar exam, positioning her as one of the Triskelion attorneys poised to become a pillar in our country's legal sector. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) in 2018 and pursued her law degree at Arellano University, graduating in 2023.

The Bar Examination is a professional licensure examination for individuals who have completed a Bachelor of Laws degree and wish to become licensed lawyers. Successful completion of the Bar Examination is a requirement for admission to the practice of law in the Philippines.

𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐬𝐚 𝐦𝐠𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧!

The UP Los Baños Triskelions congratulates the newly licensed Forester, 𝐄𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐕. 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚 - 𝐄𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐚 𝐅, for passing the October 2023 Foresters Licensure Examination (FLE).

Eumir is one of the 1,076 out of 1,947 (55.26%) examinees who successfully passed the licensure exam, positioning him among fellow Triskelion foresters to become a leader in the country's forestry and natural resources sector. Also, he contributes to UPLB's remarkable 97.50% passing rate as a top performing school.

The FLE is an examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) intended for individuals who have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Forestry and wish to become licensed foresters.

JOINT STATEMENT OF THE ONE UP TRISKELIONS

As Iskolar ng Bayan, we are responsible to speak out against injustices and wrongful practices. Thus, we reiterate our opposition to hazing and any form of violence. These practices blatantly violate Republic Act No. 11053, the Anti-Hazing Act of 2018 that explicitly deems hazing as a criminal offense.

We express our strongest condemnation to all forms of hazing. In particular, we address those who persist in advocating to "Save the Tradition," a tradition rooted in violence. We urge you to reflect on the impact of your outdated ideologies on the lives of the young Triskelions.
