KALANSING celebrates International Teacher's Day together with KALANSING's teacher adviser and the newest student-members to the organization! We hope that teachers remain true to their mission of guidance and support to students who need it, and that students find strength and inspiration in teachers that want them to succeed in life.

Joined by the 2024-2025 alumni of KALANSING, we were able to witness many talented student actors and actresses claim the stage and capture the audience in a heart-felt story. Congratulations to all the students that participated!

𝑨𝒓𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆: 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒔 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒂𝒏...

Liceo de Los Baños and KALANSING was invited to UP DL UMALI HALL last August 27, 2025 to witness DDBT's live theatrical performance titled, "In The Wake of the Lake, In the Roar of the Ocean," featuring Harmonya: The String Ensemble of UPLB, UPLB Choral Ensemble, and UPLB Talent Pool.

"In The Wake of the Lake, In the Roar of the Ocean," is a theatrical performance that shows water memory, climate crisis and stewardship, directed by Dr. Dennis D Gupa, an award-winning director in applied theatre and environmental performance.

We are honored to be an audience of this great project and product of passion, and we will continue to aim towards art with purpose and meaning.
