7th SKPM International Summer Course 2026 at IPB University, Indonesia

The Department of Communication and Community Development Sciences (SKPM) of IPB University, Indonesia, invites students to participate in the 7th SKPM International Summer Course 2026, which will be held from 23 July to 7 August 2026 under the theme, “Connecting Communities for Sustainable Rural Futures in the Digital Era.”

The program offers an interdisciplinary international learning experience focusing on community development, sustainability, rural transformation, communication, agriculture, and related fields. Participants will engage in online learning sessions, expert lectures, cross-cultural exchanges, participatory social mapping activities, and field immersion in rural communities around Bogor, Indonesia.

: Effective 18 May 2026, UPLB will implement a four-day onsite and one-day work-from-home arrangement.

📌Working hours will be from 8AM to 5PM

📌Monday shall be designated as the work-from-home day

📌Onsite work shall be rendered from Tuesday to Friday

📌Libraries and other academic support units are not covered by the revised work arrangement but may adopt a skeleton work force arrangement every Monday

📌Offices providing health, maintenance, and security services shall continue with their regular work schedule

📢 NOTICE | UP System OIL Grants

For UP System OIL Grants (COOPERATE, HOSTING, MOVE UP, Travel Grant, WELS), please be reminded that the deadline for endorsement by the Chancellor is three (3) days prior to the official submission deadline.

Please note that all applications will undergo review by the UPLB Office of International Linkages (OIL) and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA) prior to endorsement.

Applicants are also requested to ensure that their applications have been endorsed up to the Dean’s level before submission to UPLB OIL.

Call for Applications: Comprehensive International Education Program (CIEP) 2026

UPLB students are invited to apply for the Comprehensive International Education Program (CIEP), which will be held from July 25 to August 4, 2026, offering a unique and immersive international learning experience in Japan.

The program will take place across two campuses of the Tokyo University of Agriculture:

Setagaya Campus (Tokyo): July 25–26 and August 1–4
Hokkaido-Okhotsk Campus: July 27–31
