Ginanap sa Los Baños at nilahukan ng 40 na mga paaralan sa buong Pilipinas, ang Kapnayan ay sumentro ngayong taon sa medicinal chemistry at kawalan ng patas na access sa serbisyong pangkalusugan. Tinalakay ang mga ito sa pamamagitan ng iba't ibang patimpalak tulad ng Chemistry Quiz, Research Symposium, Extemporaneous Speech, Science Writing , National Poster-Making , at Photography. Nanguna naman bilang pinakamahusay na paaralan ang Philipine Science High School - CALABRZON Region Campus dahil sa limang parangal na natanggap nila.
