𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬

During the , the UPLB Corps of Sponsors and the UPLB Reserve Officers’ Training Corps served as ushers in assisting graduating students as they enter the event. In spite of the torrential rains, the day ended on a celebratory note as graduates shifted their Sablay—symbolizing both an end and a fresh start to a life after graduation.

𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐢 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

The UPLB Corps of Sponsors participated as ushers in the Gabi ng Parangal at Pasasalamat, a celebration recognizing alumni of the Corps, the UPLB Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, and the UP Vanguard Inc. - Los Baños Chapter. The awarding ceremony was held last July 18, 2025 at the North to South Asian Fusion Cuisine, Centtro Mall.

Graduates, parents, and friends all enjoyed a night of good food and effusive celebration. We would like to thank everyone who attended, especially to their families whose presence enlivened the evening!

On June 27, 2025, the UPLB HRDO Official conducted its Service Recognition Ceremony to honor the hard work and loyalty of employees of the various offices of the University.

The UPLB Corps of Sponsors and the UPLB Reserve Officers’ Training Corps served as ushers to guide the awardees and to help ensure the success of the event.

𝐇𝐑 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫

The UPLB HRDO Official hosted a job fair and a series of career development talks last June 26, 2025. With the theme “TANAW: Pagkilala sa Galing, Pagtanaw sa Kinabukasan”, the UPLB HRDO was assisted by the UPLB Corps of Sponsors and the UPLB Reserve Officers’ Training Corps.

Hand in hand, the event successfully brought job opportunities closer to prospective workers in various fields, information essential to building one’s career development and physical health. The job fair also included public services from government agencies, cooperatives, and health centers.

LOOK: On behalf of the UPLB Corps of Sponsors, newly appointed Corps Sponsor Miss Marielle Mañozo attended the courtesy call with Chancellor Jose V. Camacho, Jr., together with the UPLB Reserve Officers’ Training Corps represented by newly appointed Corps Commander CCPT Kristine Carol Nolasco, and Assistant Commandant Edwin B. Rala, PA (RES).

CJCJ welcomed Corps Commander Kristine Carol Nolasco (BS Sociology) and Corps Sponsor Marielle Mañozo (BS Devcom). They were joined by Assistant Commandant Edwin Rala of DMST.

Ating ipinagbubunyi ang ika-164 na anibersaryo ng kapanganakan ni Jose Rizal sa araw na ito noong taong 1861.

Naging instrumento ang kanyang buhay sa rebolusyong tangan ng panulat at isang pusong nag-aalab sa sariling kalayaan at karapatan ng mga Pilipino. Kaya hanggang ngayon, tumatak sa atin ang pamana ng isang naturingang bayani, mula sa kanyang buhay at sakripisyong kumilala sa kasarinlan ng ating bayan.
