As stated in Paragraph 8, the unused budget of 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟓,𝟑𝟓𝟎.𝟎𝟎) originally for Pilionaryo, Scom-nection 2026, the Higher School ng UMak Supreme Student Government Election, and Office Supplies was officially moved into the budget for the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

A budget of 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟐,𝟒𝟖𝟓.𝟎𝟎) from 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐨 was requested for the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. From this amount, 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟐,𝟑𝟏𝟎.𝟎𝟎) was used.

Following this, a budget of 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐱𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟔𝟔𝟎.𝟎𝟎) from 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐦-𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 was requested for the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. From this amount, 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟔𝟑𝟎.𝟎𝟎) was used.

Following this, a budget of 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟐,𝟎𝟐𝟓.𝟎𝟎) from the 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐌𝐚𝐤 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was requested for the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. From this amount, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟏,𝟗𝟗𝟓.𝟎𝟎) was used.

Meanwhile, a budget of 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟐,𝟎𝟐𝟓.𝟎𝟎) was requested directly for the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. From this amount, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟏,𝟗𝟖𝟎.𝟎𝟎) was used.

For the 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬, the unused funds of 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟏𝟖𝟎.𝟎𝟎) were added to the specific 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 budget of 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟒𝟐𝟎.𝟎𝟎), making a total of 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐱𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟔𝟔𝟎.𝟎𝟎). From this amount, 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟒𝟐𝟎.𝟎𝟎) was used.

The total budget for all events amounted to 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟕,𝟖𝟓𝟓.𝟎𝟎). Out of this, 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟕,𝟑𝟐𝟓.𝟎𝟎) was used to provide food for the working committees and the performers. The remaining 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬 (₱𝟓𝟑𝟎.𝟎𝟎) was deposited back into the bank account.

To ensure the success of the event, the 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐌𝐚𝐤-𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐇𝐒𝐔-𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌) collaborated with the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐋). In this partnership, COSEL managed the office supplies and food for the core committees, while HSU-SCOM handled the food for the performers and working committees. Rest assured that the funds were properly used to meet the needs of the event. We remain committed to accountability and transparency.

The Higher School ng UMak-Supreme Student Commission on Elections (HSU-SCOM) officially published 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼.𝟬𝟬𝟲, which was formally approved on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Through this mandate, the unused budgets originally designated for Pilionaryo, Scom-nection 2026, the Higher School ng UMak-Supreme Student Government Election, and Office Supplies were centralized into the account of the 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵-𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Due to administrative and procedural constraints, the previously allocated funds remained unutilized. This budget adjustment was executed to maximize the utility of available student funds in service of our student leadership programs.
