English Teaching Administrative Specialist Part-Time (Business English Teacher)
(PHP 225 - 250/ hour - negotiable depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:
▪ Conduct English lessons for Japanese adults and children (onsite and online)
▪ Meet and greet clients
▪ Participate in business development meetings
▪ Support staff in assigned project based work
▪ Develop databases for lessons and other teaching materials
▪ Prepare and update company lessons’ and learners’ reports, and Recommendations
▪ Other duties assigned
Requirements:
▪ Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
▪ Required language: English (oral and written); should have native English level proficiency
▪ With business experience (preferably, but not required)
▪ Must be able to handle both online and face-to-face classes. While we will prioritize candidates who can do both, we also welcome applicants who can teach online only.
▪ Preferably residing within Metro Manila.
Skills:
▪ Has excellent interpersonal skills, good working knowledge in PC hardware/ software troubleshooting, with good organizational skills
▪ Demonstrates professionalism
▪ Have a working PC/Laptop with stable internet connection (10Mbps minimum), headset, and microphone with clear sound
▪ Willing to learn and take on additional tasks with value
▪ Willing to undergo a 2-week training with compensation. If trainee passes, they can start with part-time schedule (probationary period of 3 months)
▪ Willing to adopt our own teaching method
