Magiging on-duty ang Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) bukas mula 10:00 AM hanggang 4:00 PM para kolektahin ang inyong mga membership form.

Kung sumali kayo sa kahit anong club o organization, pakipasa lang ang mga nasagutan ninyong form sa SSLG sa mga oras na ito. Sila na ang bahalang mag-abot ng mga ito nang ligtas sa mga presidente ng bawat club at organization.

T-Shirt Design Contest Guidelines

Unleash your creativity and design the next official Mayari Visual Arts Club shirt! Create a design that represents the identity, creativity, and spirit of our club!

Eligibility
🎨 Open to all official members of the Mayari Visual Arts Club.
🎨 Each participant may submit one (1) original design only.

Design Requirements
🎨 The Mayari logo must be included in the design.
🎨 Designs may be created digitally or traditionally
🎨 Entries must be the participant's original work.
🎨 Designs should be appropriate for a school organization and suitable for printing on a t-shirt.

Submission Details
🎨 Deadline of Submission: Saturday, June 6
🎨 Submission Method: Submit your entry through the official Mayari GC or to the club officers.

Please include:
🎨 Full Name
🎨 Grade and Section
🎨 Design Title (optional)

Judging and Voting
🎨 Winners will be determined through member voting.
🎨 Voting will be conducted after all entries have been collected.
🎨 The design with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner.

Prize
🎨 One (1) FREE printed Mayari shirt featuring the winning design
🎨 Certificate of Recognition

🎨 By submitting an entry, participants agree that the Mayari Visual Arts Club may use, modify, or reproduce the design for official club purposes. The club reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the winning design for printing and production.
