We are honored and grateful to conduct a Community Service Barbering Training Program in partnership with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM)

This initiative is more than just learning how to cut hair -its about empowering individuals with practical skills, creating opportunities for livelihood , and building confidence for a brigther future.

Every haircut learned today is a step forward self- sufficiency and sucess tomorrow.We thank the Department of Budget and Management for supporting skills development and helping transform lives through education and trainibg.
