Day 6 of our Pre-Service Activities was dedicated to strengthening collaboration and ensuring curriculum coherence across all learning areas and grade levels to support improved learner outcomes.
During the morning session, teachers engaged in Vertical Articulation (by Learning Area), where they examined learning competencies, instructional approaches, and assessment practices to ensure a seamless progression of skills and knowledge from one grade level to the next. This process helps prevent learning gaps, reinforces essential competencies, and promotes continuity in student learning.
In the afternoon, educators participated in Horizontal Articulation (by Grade Level), fostering meaningful discussions on lesson implementation, assessment strategies, and classroom expectations. By aligning practices across subjects within the same grade level, teachers work together to provide consistent learning experiences that support the holistic development of learners. Through these collaborative efforts, our teaching personnel continue to build a more cohesive, responsive, and learner-centered educational program that enhances student achievement and success in the coming school year.
