Labogon National High School invites everyone to join us for Brigada Eskwela 2026 with the theme:

“Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman.”

Before another school year begins, let us come together once again in the spirit of bayanihan to prepare our school for our dear learners. We welcome parents, alumni, youth volunteers, community leaders, organizations, and partners who are willing to lend their time, effort, and generosity.

Together, we can help make our classrooms more comfortable, our surroundings more welcoming, and our school more ready for quality learning.

No contribution is too small when it is given with a heart for education.

PALARONG PAMBANSA: JADE KRISTA TORING REIGNS IN ARCHERY TILT

Jade Krista A. Toring bagged gold in secondary girls’ recurve women in 60 meter distance at the ongoing Palarong Pambansa on May 28, 2026 at Talacogon, Agusan Del Sur.

The 16-year-old from Labogon National High School who represented Central Visayas added the 15th gold collection of Region VII on Thursday in a record setting 328-point output to defeat National Capital Region’s Cassandra Louise Enecio who settled for the silver medal with 327 points. Ilocos Region’s Leila Jell Cano took the bronze with 326 points.

“I was surprised to win the game because during the practice, I shot badly but was able to overcome it during the competition”, Toring said.

“I would like to thank Labogon NHS for their support especially Mrs. Erlinda F. Cuyos, school head for allowing me to practice at the gymnasium every morning for many months with the guidance of my coach, Mr. Steve E. Pachico for sharing his expertise as I prepared this contest", she added.

Palarong Pambansa is the largest annual multi-sport event in the Philippines, involving elementary and high school student-athletes from both public and private schools organized by the Department of Education (DepEd). This years host is Caraga Region of Region XIII in Mindanao, Philippines.
