Registration is now open for BTG lecture no. 37, featuring Joyce Fungo (De La Salle University and Polytechnic University of the Philippines), who will present part of her current research in epistemology. Registration is now open for Beyond the Ghetto's 37th lecture, “A Review of Recent Works and Methods in Epistemic Normativity and Value,” featuring Joyce Fungo (De La Salle University and Polytechnic University of the Philippines). It will be followed by a commentary by Dr. Noel Clemente (Ateneo de Manila University). The event will be held over Zoom on June 27, 2026 (Sat.), 5:00–7:00 pm Philippine time.

For the May 2026 issue, we present “Then & Now: Celebrating Philippine Literature,” featuring writers Bebang Siy, Zea Asis, and Noelle Leslie dela Cruz.

We have many surprises inside—one of which is a work by the National Artist for Literature Bienvenido Lumbera, published by the Philippines Graphic in January 1968.
