The issuance of certificates is strictly based on the submission of the SOA Registration Form via Google Form and confirmed onsite attendance. Certificates were generated only for participants whose attendance was verified through the registration form and/or onsite registration records.

If you are unable to find your name in the folder, please be informed that we do not have a recorded response or attendance record under your name.
