Yesterday, June 18, at the ST Quadrangle, Adamson University's Open Campus Day brought together aspiring students and different academic communities through interactive booths and engaging activities. The College of Business Administration proudly showcased its various programs, giving visitors a glimpse of the exciting opportunities that await them. Representing the Customs Administration program, our students enthusiastically participated in the event and had the chance to meet our future CApatids and SCMeyts. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with them, share experiences, answer their questions, and warmly welcome the next generation of students who may soon become part of our growing community.

Throughout the years, you have been a mentor, a leader, and a constant source of support for countless Adamsonians, especially our CApatids and SCMeyts. Your dedication to the University and genuine concern for your students have made a lasting impact that extends far beyond the university walls.

Last May 28, 2026, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐏𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐨 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 and 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 formally signed a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗠𝗢𝗨),marking the start of a strengthened partnership in 𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝, 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, and 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.

This agreement reflects both institutions’ shared commitment to collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of programs that benefit students, faculty, and the wider community.

The Philippine Chamber of Customs Brokers, Inc. (PCCBI), led by National President 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨 𝐕. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, proudly formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Adamson University, represented by its OIC President 𝐅𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐊. 𝐄𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚, 𝐂. 𝐌.

This strategic partnership marks a significant step toward strengthening collaboration between academia and the customs broker profession through joint trainings, seminars, research activities, industry engagement, and professional development programs.

Together, PCCBI and Adamson University aim to bridge education and industry, empower future customs professionals, and contribute to the advancement of the customs broker profession, customs administration, international logistics and trade facilitation.
