More than the rankings, this milestone is proof of our relentless pursuit for innovation and inclusion. In just one year, we expanded our impact from 6 key areas in 2025 to all 17 SDGs in 2026. That is growth like no other.
Benilde is one of the “27 higher education institutions (HEIs) from the National Capital Region recognized in the THE Impact Rankings 2026, the highest number of ranked HEIs among all regions in the Philippines.”

18 June 2026 — Benilde Antipolo and SM Foundation, Inc. signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) which aims to open more scholarship opportunities to deserving Filipino students.
Held at Vatel Manila in The Atrium@Benilde, the MOA signing was attended by leaders of both institutions.
Representing Benilde Antipolo were Chancellor Benhur Ong and Provost Geronio Ulayao, who emphasized the College’s dedication to supporting students through partnerships that champion access to quality education.
SM Foundation Inc. was represented by its Vice President for the Education Program Ms. Eleanor Lansang and Executive Director Ms. Carmen Linda Atayde.

18 June 2026 — Benilde was present at the NCAA Turnover Ceremony from Season 101 to Season 102 held at the Philippine Columbian Association in Paco, Manila.
The hosting duties for the upcoming season were officially handed over by Mapúa University to San Beda University.
Benilde officially claimed the General Overall Championship title for NCAA Season 101, a feat that was last secured by the College in 2015, 11 years ago. 🏆
Representing Benilde at the ceremony were Chancellor Benhur Ong, Center for Sports Development Director Stephen Fernandez, and Management Committee (Mancom) Representative to the NCAA Dax Castellano.

17 June 2026 — Benilde and PTC Aviation Training Center Inc.’s partnership takes flight following the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at PTC Aviation Training Center in Parañaque City.
The collaboration will open up more opportunities and give exposure to Benildeans in the transportation and aviation services sectors specifically through internships, micro-credentialing offerings, faculty immersion, trips, workshops, and mentorships, as well as joint researches.
Representing Benilde in the MOU signing are Dean of School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management Dr. Marie Paz Castro and Director of Center for External Linkages Sherlo Reyes.
PTC Aviation was represented by General Manager Rodolfo Dino Santos and Manager of Cabin Training and Sales Dennis Del Mar.

16 June 2026 — Industry Forum on Digital Transformation in Construction and AIMHI Mobile App Launch
The Benilde Hub of Innovation for Inclusion (Benilde HiFi) gathered leaders from the construction, technology, startup, and innovation industries for timely conversations on AI adoption, digital transformation and workforce readiness.
Held at the Peter D. Garrucho Jr. Innovations Institute, the event also featured the launch of Artificial Intelligence Meets Human Intelligence - AIMHI Construction App, founded by women entrepreneurs from Mindanao and incubated by Benilde HiFi through the Benilde Trailblazer Startup (BTS) Program.
AIMHI is an AI-driven construction technology startup helping contractors, engineers, architects, and project managers improve project monitoring, cost management, and field operations.
In his special message, Hon. Cong. Romeo Momo Sr., Chairperson of the Committee on Public Works of the House of Representatives Romeo S. Momo, Sr., emphasized the importance being open to new approaches, ideas, and solutions:
