Your dedication to shaping future public servants, commitment to academic excellence, and steadfast guidance continue to inspire generations of Political Science students to lead with integrity, critical thinking, and a genuine heart for service.

𝗣𝗨𝗣-𝗖𝗣𝗦𝗣𝗔, 𝗗𝗜𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗠 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗦

The PUP College of Political Science and Public Administration and the Diocese of Kalookan have signed a Memorandum of Agreement at the San Roque Cathedral on Thursday.

The signing ceremonies were attended by the faculties of the DPSIS, and spearheaded by Ma'am Lorraine Faye Narvasa, Research and Extension Chief, Sir Ryan Aguinaldo, DPSIS Chairperson, and Sir Ramces Dili, Associate Dean. Meanwhile, the Diocese of Kalookan was represented by members of the Diocesan Public and Political Affairs Ministry led by Rev. Fr. Martin L. Guarin.

Throughout the meeting, they also engaged thru a participatory situational analysis, wherein they were encouraged to envision their goals and objectives, lay out ideas, and collaborate with the faculty for their plans in future programs, projects, and activities related to raising awareness on public and political affairs.

The PUP Political Science Society also has the opportunity to share its projects, programs, and activities that it can offer especially with the youth sector of the Diocese which can further empower and improve the political representation and participation of the youth.

𝗦𝗔 𝗗𝗜𝗪𝗔 𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗔𝗡, 𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗢 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗦𝗔 𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡! 🇵🇭✨

Ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, buong pagmamalaki nating ipinagdiriwang ang katatagan, tapang, at pagmamahal sa bayan na minana natin mula sa mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa ating kasarinlan.

Ngunit ang pag-ibig sa bayan ay hindi bulag na pagsang-ayon. Ang tunay na makabayan ay ang pagkakaroon ng tapang na manindigan para sa tama, manawagan ng pananagutan, at bantayan ang mga institusyong dapat nagsisilbi sa sambayanan. Sa gitna ng mga usapin at hamong kinahaharap ng ating pulitika, maging sa loob ng Senado, nananatiling tungkulin ng bawat Pilipino, lalo na ng kabataan, na maging mapagmatyag, mapanuri, at aktibong kabahagi sa paghubog ng ating demokrasya.

Sa pagwagayway ng ating watawat, alalahanin nating ang pinakamataas na anyo ng pagmamahal sa bayan ay ang paglilingkod dito nang may dangal, integridad, at malasakit.

Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan! Mabuhay ang sambayanang Pilipino!
