More than just a date in our history, this day reminds us that the freedom we enjoy today is the very foundation of our mission. The ultimate sacrifices of our heroes gave us the liberty to pursue 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆, the peace to deepen our 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉, and the sovereignty to freely devote ourselves to 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆.

Last June 2, School Year 2026-2027 started with hearts in prayer, minds set on excellence, and hands ready to serve.

The morning began with our first flag ceremony and Daily Gospel reading, grounding our year in prayer. We were also proud to introduce our dedicated ICAManila Teaching Community ready to guide and inspire our learners every step of the way.

We’re blessed to begin this year under the leadership of Sr. Regina R. Villarte, MIC, School Directress and Ms. Mayrafe L. Reyes, IBED Principal. Together with the entire ICAManila employees, we continue to uphold ICAManila’s legacy of transformative Catholic education.

Last May 30, 2026, we held our very first Parents’ General Assembly and we’re grateful for the strong turnout from our ICAManila Parents.

Together, we shared key updates for SY 2026-2027: DepEd-aligned curriculum changes, our new grading system, strengthened Senior High program, updated academic calendar, and expanded student support services. We also renewed our commitment to ICAM’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Thank you, dear parents and guardians, for prioritizing this milestone. Special thanks to our PTA Officers for the snacks and coffee that made the morning brighter.

Here’s to a collaborative year ahead!

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤.

𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 11 ┃ ICAManila will hold 𝒂𝒔𝒚𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔 to give way to faculty coding training. All students are reminded to check their respective platforms for assigned tasks and learning materials to complete. Administrative Offices will remain OPEN during this day from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 12 ┃There will be 𝒏𝒐 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 in observance of Independence Day. Normal operations and regular classes will both resume on June 15, Monday.

More than just a gathering, ICAManila Personnel Recollection and Commissioning held on May 29, 2026, was a sacred reminder that before we can guide others, we must first anchor our own souls. In the quiet moments of reflection, we remembered that our roles at the institution are not just professions, but a profound calling.

By weaving our core values into everything we do, we actively live out our identity as a learning community of faith, excellence, and service. The commissioning rite served as a powerful renewal of this promise ensuring that we return to our duties not just as staff and faculty, but as deliberate instruments of faith and love in action. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sr. Melanie Delfin, MIC for facilitating this meaningful day of renewal. As we step back into our daily duties, we carry this renewed spirit with us, ready to embrace our community with a deeper sense of empathy, purpose, and grace.

To better equip ICAMAnila's personnel in crafting a strong and viable research and to cultivate a research culture in the institution, a one-day seminar-workshop entitled"Research Writing and Proposal Development" was succcesfully held last May 28, 2026 at ICAManila Conference Room.

The seminar-workshop facilitated by Ms Charmaine S. Bacay and attended by both Grade School and High School faculty together with few selected staff, paved the way for innovations that will significantly contribute to our community and beyond.

This initiative marks another significant step in our continuous commitment to academic excellence. By fostering an environment of active inquiry and rigorous research, ICAManila keeps its commitment to develop in the students the critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity needed to solve real-world problems.
