📝 All Undergraduate and Senior High School students are required to attend the LEAP activities in lieu of
regular classes.

📝Graduate classes will proceed as
scheduled examinations scheduled during LEAP will likewise proceed as scheduled.

📆 JUNE 26 (FRIDAY)

📝 Undergraduate classes in both Manila and Laguna campuses that are not holding examinations are called off from 2:30 PM
onwards to give way to Animusika.

📝 Classes with examinations in the Manila Campus shall transfer to either Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall (BAGH) or
Gokongwei Hall.

[ACADEMIC STANDING SURVEY AND BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT-INITIATED PRE-ENLISTMENT FORM — TERM 1, A.Y. 2026 - 2027]

📢 Please be informed, COS Biology Majors! 📢

As part of the Department of Biology's ongoing commitment to improve student outcomes and optimize our academic support systems, we are conducting this mandatory department-wide tracking survey for all students.

For students who are currently off-track or following a modified program flowchart, the form also contains a pre-enlistment survey. Off-track students are those who have incurred course failures, took a leave of absence and thus no longer follow their prescribed flowchart, shiftees from other programs, and transferees from other institutions. Our main goal this term is to gather clean, accurate data on current course gaps, enrollment bottlenecks, and student academic milestones.

Your responses will directly shape how the department opens class sections, allocates laboratory resources, and plans faculty loading for the upcoming terms.

📝 Off-track students who do not fill out this form will not be accommodated in petitions for the opening of off-track courses. It is completely administrative and supportive; your honest answers are vital to helping us clean up registration delays and ensure a smoother enrollment process for everyone.

📝 On-track students are also required to fill out this form as well.

📝 This is the department’s initiative to cross check the pre-enlistment from the previous COS college-wide pre-enlistment.

📝 If you haven’t pre-enlisted during the previous college-wide pre-enlistment, this is your chance to do so.

Future Lasallian MDs and aspiring healthcare professionals embarked on an exciting journey to the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) in Dasmariñas, Cavite! 🚌💚

Through this tour, participants were given the opportunity to explore one of the country's premier medical and health sciences institutions and gain valuable insights into the field of medicine and allied health professions.

We hope this experience has inspired our participants as they continue exploring their future paths in medicine and healthcare.
