Project POISE Phase 1 has been successfully concluded, marking the beginning of a meaningful journey toward growth, self-awareness, and purposeful leadership.

Todayโ€™s session focused on building the foundation of leadership through understanding oneโ€™s identity and developing a strong leadership persona. Through insightful discussions, engaging activities, and shared experiences, participants were given the opportunity to reflect on who they are and who they aspire to become as future leaders.
