Yesterday, May 19, the UST Educational Technology Center facilitated a Design Thinking Workshop for the Education Senior High School students as part of their Outbound Educational Trip themed Wired for Empathy: Prototyping a Better World with Smart Tools & Shared Resources at the UST Manila Annex, Sta. Rosa.

The workshop brought students through the design thinking process: empathizing, defining, ideating, and prototyping solutions to real-world problems using smart tools and shared resources. It was a rewarding day of creative collaboration and student-centered learning!

Buong pagmamalaking binabati ng UST Office of ICT, Educational Technology Center, at Santo Tomas e-Service Providers ang mga kawani na pinarangalan ng Natatanging Gawad sa Ika-19 na Hiyas ng UST Awards noong nakaraang Biyernes, Mayo 8.

Ang pagkilalang ito ay patunay ng kanilang masidhing hangarin na itaas ang kanilang kasanayan at sumabay sa mabilis na agos ng makabagong teknolohiya sa pamamagitan ng pagkakamit ng sertipikasyon bilang mga Google Certified Educators (Level 1 at 2) at Gemini Certified Educators.

Maraming salamat sa inyong dedikasyon na patuloy na matuto at para mas mapagbuti ang paglilingkod. Kayo ay tunay na hiyas ng UST!

TigerTech Conference 2026 | Looking back

And just like that, TigerTech Conference 2026 has come to a close.

April 24 was a fitting finale, filled with plenary sessions, paper presentations, parallel workshops, and learning sessions that kept participants engaged from start to finish. The day closed with a panel discussion that brought together industry leaders and educators for one last meaningful conversation.

Thank you to every speaker, presenter, facilitator, sponsor, collaborator, and participant who was part of TigerTech 2026. We hope to see you again next year!
