Writing for Success

The training was full of helpful information. I’m so grateful to attend this training. Excellent facilitator! I never felt bored during the lectures. Very informative. Taught me a lot about proper grammar usage and how to make my paragraphs more effective in terms of writing letters and emails. I learned a lot of new stuff. A lot of AHA moments for me. I love the methods they use in the training. Very interactive and challenging! Had hands-on writing toward the end and got a detailed feedback from the facilitator. This really helped me to improve the way I write. My favorite part was when we were given very useful tips on how to properly and effectively construct business messages as well as to inform bad news through writing. I’m excited to put to practice what I learned on this training. I feel more confident to write emails now, and to write to my superiors Haha. Speak Well

I received more than what I paid for! The lecturer gives a lot of pointers that will help us to be more confident to speak in English. I love the group activities since there’s an atmosphere of openness in the training. I didn’t feel any condemnation when it comes to how I speak. All The activities were very helpful in identifying our weak points and how we can improve on them. I usually feel nervous talking in front of a lot of people, but this training helped me to become more confident by focusing on the message that I want to put across rather than what people think. I love the part about “thinking on your feet”

I was able to face my fear of public speaking. It was an achievement! I discovered new things like the correct pronunciation of the words and the usage of ON, AT, IN properly. I speak English since Kindergarten but I realized through this training that there was still a lot that I didn’t know. Management and Leadership

The trainer delivered the subject well. The activities where we shared a lot of leadership experiences and success stories were really helpful in motivating me to be a leader. I learned a lot about myself and as a leader. The activities were creative and non-traditional. I love the planking exercise! I discovered the different management styles and it helped me a lot to know how to improve myself as a better boss someday. Not a typical classroom lecture seminar. I never knew that management and leadership have such difference. I thought I wouldn’t enjoy the activities because I was older than the other participants, but I was surprised to find myself very active and even competitive in the activities. It was fun! What I like best about this training is the part where we were given the time to share experiences as customers and as service provider. It was an eye-opener! It exceeded my expectations. I learned to understand my customers more

The trainer was very helpful and very good because she was able to make us share our stories and open up and was able to help us address issues by allowing us to realize certain things. I was supposed to take a leave today but after attending the training it was worth every penny and time! Excellent! The training was very professionally facilitated.
