Purpose: Extract meaning from multilingual social media text
Required Skills
Text preprocessing (tokenization, normalization, noise handling)
Named Entity Recognition (NER)
Sentiment analysis & stance detection
Topic modeling (LDA / BERTopic or equivalent)
Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, mBERT, XLM-R)
Critical Competency
Handling low-resource, multilingual data (Filipino + regional languages)
2. Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Purpose: Build predictive and classification models
