Following the rigorous campaigns, passionate forums, and the collective voice of the student body, a new set of leaders have been chosen to champion every DEBESIAN's rights, amplify their voices, and lead our campus toward greater heights.

The 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐒𝐂 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 spearheaded by the 𝐷𝐸𝐵𝐸𝑆𝑀𝑆𝐶𝐴𝑇 𝑆𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝐸𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑙 𝐵𝑜𝑎𝑟𝑑 on May 18, 2026 concluded at exactly 4pm. At 6o'clock in the evening, election turnouts have been completed and the new set of 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 for the next academic year have been proclaimed.

To our newly elected officers, may you lead with integrity, passion, and an unwavering commitment to the uplift student body in every way possible. To the students, thank you for exercising your right to vote and shaping the future of our institution, and making this year's election a huge success.

​In direct response to student grievances and feedback regarding the conduct of last year’s elections, the 𝐃𝐄𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐌𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝, in corrdinatiom with its 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦, has actively taken steps to ensure a more secure, transparent, and seamless voting experience this year: the 𝐄-𝐕𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥.

This was designed to verify voter credentials and provide registered users with quick access to download or print their official voting credentials before entering the designated voting area on Election Day.

The success of this Election does not lie solely on the hands of its organizers and the voting system. Student COOPERATION is necessary. We request everyone to have their voting credentials registered before proceeding to the WWW Building to speed up the voting process.

Students with difficulties accessing their voting credentials will be assisted at the venue. Students with disabilities will be prioritized, likewise for students with health issue.

As expect high student turnout and warm weather, we highly advise everyone to come prepared. Bring your tumblers, mini fans, kabkab/pamaypay, umbrella, and caps.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝
The official start and end of the campaign period shall follow the schedule provided by the Student Electoral Board.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
It is prohibited for any candidate or political party to engage in election campaigning before the official campaign period begins, after the campaign period ends, or on the day of the election.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟒. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚/𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬
Any political propaganda or campaign materials produced to promote a candidate or political party must be officially approved by the Student Electoral Board before use, whether online or offline. All campaign materials and templates must include the following information:
Picture of the Candidate
a. Name of the Candidate
b. Position the Candidate is Running For
c. Political Party Affiliation (if applicable)
d. Color of the Political Party
e. Official Logo of the Party

All political propaganda or campaign materials used by independent candidates or political parties must be clearly labeled with the phrase:
"𝙋𝙖𝙞𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 (𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧)."
This phrase must not be abbreviated and must appear in at least a 10-point Arial font. The use of the logo of Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) for campaign purposes or promoting any candidate or political party requires permission from the Office of the President, as the logo is protected by copyright law.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟓. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚/𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥
To ensure an organized and fair campaign, all candidates must:
a. Submit the list of election campaign paraphernalia to the Office of the SEB or via email at [email protected];
b. Provide copies of the enlisted campaign materials as supporting documents;
c. Secure approval from the SEB before utilizing any campaign materials; and
d. Refrain from using or publishing any election propaganda or campaign materials before the official start of the campaign period.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟕. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬
No candidate or political party shall use the college facilities as a campaign headquarters, including office facilities of student organizations or student councils.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟖. 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
No college equipment shall be used for campaign purposes unless otherwise allowed by the Student Electoral Board. If borrowing college equipment is permitted by the Student Electoral Board, it shall be done following the approved procedures. This privilege will be extended to all parties and independent candidates on a first-come, first-served basis.

On Wednesday evening, following the conclusion of the filing of candidacy for the aspiring candidates of the 2026 SSC and CSC Elections, the Student Electoral Board (SEB)—along with their Chairperson, OSAS Dean Mrs. Grace B. Abella—immediately convened to begin the screening and evaluation of the candidates in strict accordance with the Student Electoral Board Code. A comprehensive evaluation process of the required documentation and candidate qualifications was conducted.
