June 23, 2026 — In accordance with the Basic Education Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Usab Elementary School successfully held its 4th Quarter School Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment (PIRPA) today.

​The faculty and staff gathered to evaluate year-end accomplishments, assess budget utilization, and refine strategies for upcoming school implementations. We remain committed to fostering excellence and accountability in our educational services!

​Earlier today, June 18, 2026, at exactly 9:00 AM, the students, teachers, and staff of Usab Elementary School actively participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).

​Regular drills like this ensure that our young learners and school community know exactly what to do in case of an emergency. Safety isn't just a practice—it’s a priority!

​The meeting, themed "Wrapping Up: UES Opening Block," focused on evaluating the successes and challenges of our school opening. With the opening block successfully wrapped up, Sir Raffy spearheaded the strategic planning for the upcoming instructional block and the end-of-term block for the 1st Term of SY 2026-2027.

​Through collaborative discussions, the UES team aligned its goals to ensure smooth instructional delivery, robust student support, and organized end-of-term assessments.

​We are ready and inspired to make this school year a remarkable one for all our learners!

Even better, our non-teaching personnel stepped up to see how they can best support our educators in smoothing out any bumps along the way!

NEWS UPDATE: Usab ES Principal Leads Distribution of School Supplies via MOOE Funds

​In line with the commitment to provide a conducive teaching and learning environment, Sir Rafael B. Ricarte Jr., Principal of Usab Elementary School, spearheaded the distribution of instructional and classroom supplies to the teaching faculty today.

​The procurement of these vital educational materials was made possible through the school’s Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) allocation, aiming to augment the daily classroom needs of our educators and enhance instructional delivery.

​The faculty and staff of Usab ES express their utmost gratitude to the school administration for the continuous support and proactive leadership.

Ensuring a Smooth and Inspiring Start to SY 2026-2027!

​On the second day of the opening of classes, Usab Elementary School was highly honored to welcome our esteemed Schools Division Superintendent, Sir Nelson S. Morales Jr., for an official school visit.

​Sir Nelson personally witnessed the orderly and seamless flow of the school's opening operations. He commended the school administration, teaching staff, and community for their hard work and dedication, noting the well-deserved and highly commendable improvements across the campus.

​In his deeply inspiring message to the faculty and learners, our SDS emphasized the power of collaboration and continuous improvement in delivering quality education. His motivating words have surely ignited a renewed passion in everyone to make this school year a banner year for academic excellence!

We are thrilled to share that Usab Elementary School’s OPCRF Validation was a massive success! It wasn't an easy journey, but looking back at everything we achieved, we can proudly say—it was all worth it.
