📢 PAABISO SA LAHAT NG MGA BUMIBISITA SA UBIHAN HIGH SCHOOL
Upang mapanatili ang seguridad at kaayusan sa loob ng paaralan, hinihiling po namin ang inyong pakikiisa sa mga sumusunod na alituntunin:

🔹 Para sa lahat ng bisita:
1. Mag-iwan ng isang (1) valid ID sa Guard Post.
2. Mag-log in sa Visitor's Logbook.
3. Isuot ang ibinigay na Visitor's Pass ID.
4. Sulatan nang kumpleto ang mga detalye sa Visitor's Pass.
5. Papirmahan ang Visitor's Pass sa opisina o kawani na inyong pinuntahan.
6. Dumiretso lamang sa inyong pakay at huwag magtungo sa ibang lugar sa loob ng paaralan.
7. Pagkatapos ng inyong pakay, bumalik sa Guard Post, isauli ang Visitor's Pass ID at ang pirmadong Visitor's Pass, mag-log out sa Logbook, at kunin ang inyong ID.

🔹 Para sa mga magdadala lamang ng pagkain para sa mag-aaral:
✅ Hindi na kinakailangang mag-iwan ng ID.
✅ Mag-log in lamang sa Logbook.
✅ Iwanan ang pagkain para sa inyong anak at tiyaking malinaw na nakalagay ang kanyang pangalan.

Ang mga patakarang ito ay bahagi ng ating pagsisikap na mapanatili ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng lahat ng mag-aaral, kawani, at mga bisita ng paaralan.

🤝 Ligtas na Paaralan, Maunlad na Kinabukasan.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat po kay PB Kap. Niño Joseph Villadoz Sangguniang Barangay ng Ubihan sa kanyang maagap na pagtugon at muling pagtatalaga ng mga Barangay Tanod sa Ubihan High School upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at kaayusan ng mga mag-aaral at ng buong kapaligiran ng paaralan.

Naglaan din ng oras ang pamunuan at mga g**o ng Ubihan High School upang kumustahin ang mental health ng mga mag-aaral at nag-alay ng panalangin para sa kapayapaan, kaligtasan, mabuting hangarin, maayos na pag-iisip, at patuloy na paggabay sa ating mga mag-aaral sa pagsisimula ng panibagong taon ng pagkatuto.

Sa Ubihan High School, sama-sama nating isinusulong ang isang ligtas, maayos, at mapagkalingang paaralan para sa lahat.

📢 PABATID SA LAHAT NG MGA BISITA NG UBIHAN HIGH SCHOOL

Alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 6, s. 2026 – Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment, ipinatutupad ng Ubihan High School ang mas mahigpit na mga panuntunan para sa pagpasok ng lahat ng mga bisita sa loob ng paaralan.

Ang lahat ng bisita ay kinakailangang:
✅ Magpakita ng balidong ID
✅ Magpasuri ng sarili at mga dalang bag sa gate
✅ Isuko ang anumang ipinagbabawal na kagamitan o bagay
✅ Pumirma sa Visitors' Log Book
✅ Magsuot ng Visitor's ID habang nasa loob ng paaralan

Ang mga hakbang na ito ay bahagi ng ating sama-samang pagsisikap upang mapanatiling ligtas, maayos, at kaaya-aya ang kapaligiran ng ating paaralan para sa lahat ng mag-aaral, g**o, kawani, at mga panauhin.

Ang Flag Ceremony ay obligado sa lahat ng paaralan sa Pilipinas. May batas ito sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 8491 (Flag and Heraldic Code) at Republic Act No. 1265, kaya kailangan itong sundin ng lahat ng estudyante at school personnel.

Schedule ng Flag Ceremony
• Lunes ng Umaga – Flag Raising
• Biyernes ng Hapon – Flag Retreat
Lahat ng estudyante, g**o, at school officials ay required umattend.

Standard na Daloy ng Programa

Ayon sa DepEd Order No. 50, s. 2015, ito ang tamang pagkakasunod-sunod:
1. Lupang Hinirang – Habang kinakanta, inaangat ang watawat.
2. Interfaith Prayer / Panalangin – Laging pagkatapos ng National Anthem.
3. Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas – Kanang kamay, bukas ang palad, nakaangat sa balikat.
4. Panunumpa ng Lingkod Bayan – Para sa DepEd officials at employees lang.

Tamang Asal at Disiplina
• Tumayo nang tuwid at harap sa bandila.
• Sibilian: Kanang kamay sa dibdib.
• Naka-uniporme (scouts, military, security): Sumunod sa tamang saludo ayon sa kanilang rules.
• Mga sasakyan sa loob ng paaralan: Kailangang huminto habang tinutugtog ang National Anthem.

Ang Flag Ceremony ay paraan ng:
• Pagpapakita ng pagmamahal sa bansa
• Paggalang sa bandila at kalayaan
• Pagpapaalala ng ating tungkulin bilang mamamayang Pilipino

🏆 In-SeT NEAP RO3 Accredited and CSC-CPD Units Credited 🏆

Ubihan High School proudly celebrates another remarkable achievement as our In-Service Training (INSET) Seminar conducted on May 13–15, 2026 has been officially recognized by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) Region III and granted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Units accredited by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

👏 Congratulations to all teaching and non-teaching personnel for your active participation, dedication, and commitment throughout the seminar. Your willingness to learn and grow professionally has contributed greatly to this accomplishment.

🌟 A special recognition is likewise given to Ma'am Evelyn Concepcion, the PDP-INSET May 2026 Program In-Charge, whose tireless efforts, dedication, and commitment made this achievement possible. Her countless hours of work, including evenings and weekends, ensured the successful conduct of the program and the timely completion and submission of all documentary requirements.

💙 We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our School Principal, Ma'am Jonalyn Apostol-Ginga and Sir SDO SEPS Sir Reygel Diez for pushing this endeavor and whose leadership, guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support inspired the entire team throughout the planning, implementation, and post-activity requirements of the program.

🏆🌟 A Momentous Achievement for Ubihan High School! 🌟🏆

Today marks another significant milestone in the history of Ubihan High School as we proudly received recognition during the Regional Awarding of Functional School Governance Council (SGC) pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 167, s. 2026. The awarding ceremony was held today at Hacienda Gracia Resort and Hotel.

The award was proudly received by our School Principal, Ma'am Jonalyn Apostol-Ginga, on behalf of the entire Ubihan High School community for FY 2025 backwards. This recognition reflects the school's commitment to strengthening participatory governance, fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that every learner benefits from a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

This achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the past and present school administrations, dedicated teaching and non-teaching personnel, and the unwavering support of our learners, parents, community partners, local government units, and stakeholders.
