From his early beginnings to becoming a respected figure, he has consistently demonstrated strength in character and a passion for uplifting others. His journey led him to serve Meycauayan College, Inc. for two decades, eventually rising as its President in 2025, continuing a legacy built on integrity and vision.
In the same year, he achieved remarkable milestones as National President of ACPACI and recipient of an Honoris Causa in law. Beyond his accomplishments, he remains a dedicated educator and mentor, committed to sharing knowledge and shaping future professionals.

Freshmen of Meycauayan College, Inc. officially began their academic journey as they attended their first day of face-to-face classes, marking the start of a new chapter.
Students from different programs explored the campus, met new classmates, and experienced their first day filled with both excitement and anticipation.
To welcome them, the Supreme Student Council distributed free taho, giving freshmen a warm and sweet introduction to college life.
The first day reflected a mix of nerves and excitement as students took their initial steps into a new environment.
In the coming weeks, students can expect various activities and events designed to help them adjust, connect, and stay engaged within the college community.

PART 2/2 - NSTP Batch 2026 Marks Graduation, Upholds Service and Leadership
Meycauayan City โ The National Service Training Program (NSTP) Batch 2026 officially concluded its training with a graduation ceremony held on June 4, 2026, at the Meycauayan College Dr. Jose Locsin Multi-Purpose Hall.
Mr. Jericho M. Manuel, Education Program Specialist II from the Commission on Higher Education Region III (CHEDRO III), delivered an inspirational message to the students.
Also present at the ceremony were key academic officials who extended their congratulatory messages: Dr. Nelia R. Gagam, RGC, Dean of the Area of Arts, Education, and Sciences; Mrs. Ferolyn Santiago, Dean of the Area of Hospitality Management and Related Programs; Dr. Belen G. Gregorio, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Carmina S. Beluan, MAEd, Student Services Office Directress; and the principals of the Elementary and High School Departments, Mrs. Zenaida Gonzales, LPT, and Mrs. Maria Cecilia G. Bernardino, MAEd.
MC students from various academic programs were awarded certificates of completion, recognizing their active participation and dedication throughout the program. Selected graduates were also honored with special awards for their exemplary performance in both campus-based and community engagements.
Selected groups also performed their winning cultural presentation dances, showcasing the rich tapestry of Philippine culture through festival-inspired performances from different regions.
Group 7 โ Katiwas was hailed as Champion for their presentation of the Pagoda Festival, followed by Group 9 โ Matapat as 1st Runner-Up with Sayaw sa Bangko. Group 4 โ Masigasig secured 2nd Runner-Up for their Dinagyang Festival performance, while Group 6 โ Mapagkumbaba placed 3rd Runner-Up with their Kadayawan Festival presentation. However, the 2nd Runner-Up group was unable to perform during the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
The success of the event was made possible through the guidance and support of NSTP Instructor Ms. Karen Marie Ramirez, MAEd, NSTP Coordinator Mr. Ranulfo Beluan, MA, and the student officers who led and represented the batch.
