About this Course
In this 1-day comprehensive program, you will get to learn the art and craft of Soft Serve & Frozen Yogurt
Start with understanding the composition of raw materials, learn about the production cycles, balance various types of flavours and ratios, acquire hands on knowledge. skills, and techniques required to prepare well-balanced Soft Serve & Froyo.
By the end of the program, you will have gained the confidence to create your own flavours and successfully launch your own Froyo Business Including an overview of customer service, workplace management and hygiene best practices.

The Program is delivered over one (1) day with one (1) session of eight (8) hours, from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM, covering theory, hands-on practical training and product presentation.
