In light of the ongoing University Student Elections, voting hours on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 are officially extended from 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵 𝗣𝗠 today, applicable to all colleges.

This adjustment is made in consideration of voter participation, ensuring that more students are given the opportunity to cast their votes.

We encourage everyone to participate and take part in this important democratic process.

The University Prefect for Student Organizations (UPSO) hereby announces the official election schedule for the 2026 Student Council Elections.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and in preparation for the upcoming PLMun College Admission Test, the election has been rescheduled from April 23–25, 2026, to April 27–29, 2026. This adjustment is intended to ensure smooth and accurate election proceedings.

All students are advised to take note of their respective college schedules and cast their votes accordingly.

The Proclamation of Winners will follow on April 30, 2026.

The official list of qualified candidates for the 2026 Student Council Election is hereby released in preparation for the upcoming election.

We recognize all aspiring student leaders who have met the prescribed qualifications and are now ready to take part in the forthcoming election.

Further announcements regarding the election schedule, procedures, and guidelines shall be released accordingly.

The University Prefect for Student Organizations (UPSO) officially announces the opening of the Filing of Certificate of Candidacy for the Student Elections for Academic Year 2026–2027.

📌 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
All aspiring candidates for the University Student Council (USC) and Major Organizations must submit a completed and signed application with the following:

• Accomplished Certificate of Candidacy
• Letter of Intent to run for a specific position (stating qualifications and intended contributions)
• At least one (1) Recommendation Letter
• Two (2) 2x2 ID Pictures (white background, collared shirt)
• Curriculum Vitae or Resume with 2x2 picture
• Certificate of Grades (COG) (no failing, incomplete, or unauthorized withdrawal remarks)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Certificate of Matriculation (COM) or Certificate of Registration (COR)
• General Plan of Activities (“Plataporma”) and Objectives

Must be from a faculty member (Instructor/Professor, Program Chair, or Dean) or someone the candidate has worked with in a co-/extra-curricular activity, and should include:

• Description of the activity where you worked together
• Explanation of how the candidate demonstrated teamwork, decision-making, and work ethic

Party-affiliated candidates are not required to submit individually. The Aspiring Student Regent shall compile all required documents in one (1) Google Drive folder and submit the shareable Google Drive link through the official Google Form on behalf of the entire party.
