Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in MAPEH, PE, Music, or Arts (with relevant units taken)
- Licensed Professional Teacher (Preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Committed to Catholic values and holistic formation

The Holy Rosary Minor Seminary is inviting aspiring young men to apply for our Scholarship Program for Formation Year 2026 – 2027. This program is open to those who wish to be considered for the Archbishop’s Scholar, Alumni Scholar, or Seminary Scholar categories.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: May 29, 2026 (Friday) at the Registrar’s Office.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

- All Seminarians seeking financial assistance.

- New Student Applicants: Must successfully complete the Vocation Immersion and receive a Letter of Acceptance BEFORE submitting a scholarship application.

- Re-enrollees & Re-admission Applicants: May proceed directly to submitting document requirements.

Scholarship Application Letter (Handwritten by the applicant)

Certificate of Indigency (From the Barangay Captain)

Scholarship Recommendation Letter (From the Guidance Counselor of the last school attended, signed by the School Head. For new student and re-admission applicants only)

Barangay Certificate of Family Composition (Listing all household members)

Proof of Household Income (Submit only one of the following based on employment status):

Latest ITR or BIR Form 2316 (For formally employed parents)

Certificate of Employment with compensation (For employed parents without ITR)

Barangay Certificate of No Income (For unemployed or informal workers)

Certified True Copy of Most Recent Report Card

Certificate of Good Moral Character (From the Principal or Guidance Counselor)

Letter of Scholarship Recommendation from the Parish Priest

Track A (New Students & Transferees): For incoming brothers and extern seminarians. Pass your screening, submit your documents to the Registrar, and settle your initial entry investment to receive your WELA credentials.

Track B (Continuing Students): Make sure your clearance is confirmed! Log into the WELA portal to update your details, submit your signed forms to the Registrar, and secure your spot.

Track C (Re-admission): For those wishing to return. This requires prior approval from the Rector, a mandatory orientation, and document submission.
