𝗡𝗖𝗙 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: In view of the official Universityhood Launching of Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) tomorrow, February 13, and to ensure the efficient management of campus capacity during this historic event, the following guidelines are hereby issued:

𝟭. 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
• Junior High School (JHS) and Undergraduate Studies shall shift to online asynchronous modality. No face-to-face classes will be conducted for these levels tomorrow, February 13.
• To manage the crowd density and safety, JHS and College students are discouraged from entering the Main Campus tomorrow, February 13.

𝟮 . 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
• To allow employees to participate in the Universityhood Launching, office work is suspended from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. tomorrow, February 13.

𝟯 . 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹
• Classes in the Elementary Department and Senior High School (SHS)—located at the other campuses—shall proceed as usual with their regular face-to-face schedules.

𝟰. 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟳)
• Please be advised that classes in all levels and administrative office work will be suspended on Tuesday, February 17, in observance of the Chinese New Year.

Being one community of champions, everyone is enjoined to join us virtually tomorrow via the NCF page at 1:30 p.m. as we celebrate this milestone in our institution's history.

Further, regular classes and campus operations for all departments will resume on Saturday, February 14.

REGISTRAR'S ADVISORY: The Registrar's Office is pleased to announce that its Online Request System is now officially back in service.

In line with this, all walk-in transactions will only be accommodated until today, February 9, 2026. Henceforth, all requests for academic-related documents-such as transcripts of records, certificates, and other essential documents-will be processed exclusively through the online platform.

Meanwhile, the Office will accommodate walk-in transactions solely for Senior Citizens and Person with Disabilities beginning today, February 9, 2026.

𝗡𝗖𝗙 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Due to the national public holidays scheduled for November 2025, all work and classes across all levels and modalities on all campuses of Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) will be suspended on the following dates:

October 31: All Saints' Day Eve
November 1: All Saints' Day
November 30: Andres Bonifacio Day

There will be a half-day of work and classes on October 30, 2025, concluding at noon.

Academic Heads whose classes fall on Sunday (November 2) may exercise their discretion to convert the classes to an asynchronous format.

The public is advised to arrange their schedules accordingly to avoid inconvenience and delays caused by the work and class suspension.

It is with profound grief that the Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) informs the public of the untimely demise of † Mr. Joel Caparas Villanueva, Assistant Vice President for Institutional Marketing and Public Relations, today, October 8, 2025, at the age of 55.

NCF honors his commitment to advancing the Founder's dedication to providing quality and affordable education through his remarkable marketing strategies, which positioned the NCean brand of education on the national consciousness.

As a result of his efforts and marketing brilliance, NCF remains widely recognized as the Home of the Champions by establishing a reputable image in sports, in academics, and in various collaborations, within and beyond the region.

All information pertaining to the memorial service will be communicated to the public following the finalization of arrangements.

During this difficult time, NCF extends its heartfelt sympathies and prayers to the family and loved ones of Sir Joel, and expresses its solidarity in praying for the eternal repose of the great leader.

To support uninterrupted learning, notice is hereby given that all students are required to access their individual Google Classrooms for the purpose of receiving directives and course materials.

On the other hand, the normal course of business operations and office functions shall be maintained.
