𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | PICC Additional Companion Ticket Selling and Last Extension for Graduation Fees Collection

The 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 of GCO payment settlement operations will be on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆), from 𝟬𝟴𝟬𝟬𝗛 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟳𝟬𝟬𝗛. This period is designated for the selling of PICC additional companion tickets and for the final extension of graduation fees collection.

The ticket prices are as follows:
• Mezzanine Seat – PHP 350 (Please note that the rear section of the Mezzanine has no direct visibility of the stage/ground floor, and viewing will be through the LED screen only.)

The 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 terms and conditions and payment guidelines for the graduation fee collection are restated in this post for your reference.

Note: May 15, 2026 (Friday) will be allotted for students who RSVP’d. Failure to pay and claim the reserved ticket(s) within the scheduled period will result in forfeiture of the reservation.

The GCO also opted for a 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 for the collection of graduation fees. This is the final opportunity for ALL graduating students to settle their payments.

As we continue preparing for the upcoming graduation activities, we would like to remind everyone of the important guidelines regarding the selling of additional companion tickets. These measures are implemented to ensure an organized, smooth, and fair process for all Flight 2026 graduates.

Please be guided on the release schedule of the Google Forms per session:
• AM Session – 5:00 PM
• PM Session – 9:00 PM

Please note that only 1,000 TICKETS will be SOLD on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Once the allocation is fully consumed, the selling will automatically close.

All students are advised to carefully follow the announced procedures, schedules, and requirements during the ticket selling period. Please remain attentive to further instructions from the organizers to avoid inconvenience and delays.
