Nagpayong Elementary School

Nagpayong Elementary School successfully conducted the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on June 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM, with the participation of learners from LSEN, Kindergarten, Grades 1, 3, and 6 of the morning shift. All teachers and school staff also actively took part in the drill, demonstrating a unified commitment to safety and disaster preparedness.

In preparation for the activity, evacuation route walkthroughs were conducted on June 15 and 16, 2026, to ensure that learners were familiar with proper emergency procedures and designated exit routes. The drill aimed to strengthen awareness, readiness, and response capabilities in the event of an earthquake.

The successful implementation of the activity was made possible through the support and cooperation of the PTA officers, Barangay officials, and the entire school community, under the leadership of School Principal Ms. Josephine Z. Macawile, School Incident Commander Mr. Pepito Cagunot Jr., SDRRM Coordinator Mr. Jason T. Bactadan, and the SDRRM Team.

The conduct of the NSED underscored the importance of continuous disaster preparedness efforts in ensuring the safety and resilience of every member of the school community.

GATE ASSIGNMENT FOR ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF LEARNERS

Narito po ang GATE ASSIGNMENT ng bawat Grade Level ngayong SY 2026-2027.

Sa mga batang mag-aaral,alamin ang gate kung saan kayo papasok at lalabas. Iwasan ang sobrang maaga sa pagpunta sa paaralan.Pumila ng maayos sa Gate kung saan kayo papasok at lalabas. Iwasan din ang magtulakan at humiwalay sa inyong section. Mag-suot ng NAME TAG at isulat din dito ang pangalan ng adviser at magulang at contact number.

Sa mga magulang, alamin po ninyo ang gate kung saan ninyo susunduin ang inyong mga anak. Kung may dala po kayong sasakyan sa paghatid at pagsundo,huwag nyo na pong ilapit at iparada malapit sa ating mga gates kung saan sila papasok at lalabas. Iwasan din pong tumambay malapit sa mga gates. Kung kayo po ay pinahintulotang ihatid ang inyong mga anak sa kaniyang silid aralan,iwasan din po ang manatili ng matagal sa loob at agad lumabas ng paaralan.Magsuot po tayo ng angkop na kasuotan sa tuwing papasok sa ating paaralan.
Hangad po namin ang inyong pakikiisa upang mapanatili natin ang kaayusan sa paaralan.Maraming salamat po at WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL...

Today, June 1, Nagpayong Elementary School officially launched this year’s nationwide Brigada Eskwela under the theme: “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman.”

Our school is geared up for a week of unity and hard work from June 1 to June 5.

To all our parents, alumni, and community stakeholders—your hands and hearts are needed! Whether it’s holding a paintbrush, wiping down desks, or donating cleaning supplies, your help makes a huge difference in creating a safe space for our children.
