You can help by creating a "Dopamine Menu"-a simple list of 5-minute activities like a quick walk for fresh air, a favorite snack, or a fidget toy to jumpstart their internal engine. Using these small "starters" before homework or chores makes moving between tasks feel less like a battle and more like a shared win!💕

Managing Tantrums and Meltdowns Tantrums and meltdowns happen when
children feel overwhelmed and don’t yet have the words to express their big
emotions. These moments are not misbehavior but a sign that a child needs
support. With calm guidance, patience, and consistency, children learn how to
manage their feelings, build self-control, and feel safe expressing their emotions.🧩
