Today, we honor the Immaculate Heart of Mary - a 𝐬𝐲𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥. Throughout her life, Mary remained faithful to the Lord, from her joyful "yes" at the Annunciation to her sorrowful presence at the foot of the Cross.

The Immaculate Heart, often depicted pierced by a sword, reminds us of the joys and sorrows she experienced as the Mother of Jesus. 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞.

May the Blessed Virgin Mary inspire us to follow her example of 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡, 𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝.

The devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus reminds us of 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭'𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. The Heart, surrounded by thorns and crowned with a flame, symbolizes a love that continues to burn despite suffering and sacrifice.

On the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, let us remember that His love remains constant, inviting us to trust in His mercy and share His compassion with others.

Noong 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐨 𝟏𝟐, 𝟏𝟖𝟗𝟖, idineklara ni 𝐄𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐨 ang kalayaan ng Pilipinas sa Kawit, Cavite matapos ang mahigit tatlong siglong pananakop ng mga Espanyol. Ang araw na ito ay sumisimbolo sa 𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚, 𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐠𝐚 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨.

Sa pagdiriwang ng ika-128 Araw ng Kalayaan, alalahanin natin ang mga sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani at ipagpatuloy ang kanilang adhikain sa pamamagitan ng pagiging responsableng mamamayan at pagmamalasakit sa ating bansa.

With grateful hearts and renewed spirits, Escuela Catolica de San Sebastian, Inc. officially opened the School Year 2026–2027 through the Blessing of the Parish Gate and the First Day of Classes, led by our 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐋 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨, and 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐑. As our students, teachers, parents, and staff gathered together, we entrusted this new academic year to God's loving guidance and protection. Through prayers, blessings, and fellowship, we begin another journey of learning, growth, and faith-filled excellence.
