Global Academy’s Classic Pinoy Panaderia short course is a hands-on experience in making your own favorite Pinoy classic breads. Whether you’re a beginner or are looking to add these classic and creative techniques of a most beloved roster of local breads, this course is for you!

Course Name: Classic Pinoy Panaderia
Course Description: A two-day hands-on workshop that brings you the fundamentals of commercial baking, with special focus on creating basic products typically sold in neighborhood panaderias. Participants will learn the basic techniques and execute seven (7) signature cultural Panaderia breads of the Philippine bakeries.

DAY 1: MOTHER DOUGH 1, ENSAYMADA, CHEESE ROLL, BICHO BICHO
DAY 2: MOTHER DOUGH 2, PAN DE SAL, SPANISH BREAD, KALIHIM, PAN DE COCO
