In reference to the recent Facebook post regarding the statement issued by the Office of the President, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) has recommended the resumption of classes tomorrow, June 9, 2026.

Accordingly, classes in all public and private schools within the municipality shall resume as scheduled.

From June 8–11, 2026, learners will participate in engaging activities that promote connection, belongingness, leadership, well-being, and school readiness. Through meaningful orientations, social-emotional learning activities, classroom engagements, and student-centered experiences, we aim to create a positive and empowering start to the school year.
