College is more than deadlines, exams, and sleepless nights—it is a journey of discovering who we are, the people who walk with us, and the dreams we continue to chase. 🌱

Through “Aisle Survive”, PSY236 took a meaningful ride through the realities of college life—from building new friendships, navigating FOMO and peer pressure, discovering our goals, breaking self-sabotaging habits, and learning to embrace growth through mistakes.

With every activity, every conversation, and every shared laugh that echoed across the room, we were reminded that surviving college does not mean walking alone. Sometimes, the best parts of the journey are the memories we create and the people we meet along the way. 💙

In the end, Aisle Survive was not just about surviving college—it was about learning how to move through it with intention, connection, and a little more kindness toward ourselves. ☁️
Here’s to the moments that made us smile, the lessons that shaped us, and the dreams that keep us looking forward—beyond the ordinary, toward our own little “alapaap.” ☁️

Mula sa tawanan, sigawan, at samu’t saring aktibidad, sama-samang tinahak ng mga residente ng Brgy. 231 ang proseso ng pagbuo ng desisyon sa isang grupo, kung saan ang usapang nagsimula sa kanto ay humantong sa desisyong tunay na panalo. 🏆

Ang pinaka bagong PSCYHGame-Show ay nandito na. Kung saan pinag haloong kaalaman, kalokohan, at kasiyahan ay mararanasan ng lahat. Lumahok sa mga palaro ng aming Structured Learning Experience (SLE) na sisimulan ng HA? HA? ANO?!!! at susundan ng pinaka-aabangan na Tell Me, Tell Me, TETETETETELL ME!.

Kasama ang Madlang Audience ng PSY231, kung saan makikisama para ating makikita at mararanasan ang mga iba’t-ibang uri ng komunikasyon at mga barriers nito na pwede nating maiwasan. Syempre dito rin natin malalaman paano natin ito mapapatibay, paano ito isinasagawa, at paano natin maitataguyod! Kaya sumama na at makilahok sa “C” is For Communication

The WAVE: Pinning Ceremony Shaped by the Tides of Courage and Dauntless Hearts, Rising as Future Mental Health Advocates is officially underway for its afternoon session at the 5th Floor Function Hall! Today, our next batch of dedicated Psychology students receive their pins; a symbol of their commitment, ethics, and passion for mental health care.

Wishing our afternoon session practitioners a meaningful and unforgettable ceremony! 🧠

𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗔𝗕𝗘𝗟: AEIOU lang, pero teamwork talaga ang labanan! 💬

Sa challenge na ‘to, bawal ang consonants—AEIOU lang ang allowed! So bale, Tower of Vowel? Pero kahit limitado ang paraan ng pagsasalita, hindi napigilan ang creativity, coordination, at leadership ng bawat grupo.

Through our Structured Learning Experience, we discovered how communication barriers can test cooperation, and how trust and nonverbal cues can build stronger connections.

Ang bawat tawa, gesture, at vowel ay naging tulay para maabot ang goal—isang matatag na tower na simbolo ng unity and understanding.

Kaya kahit “Tower of Babel” ang peg, hindi kami nagkawatak-watak!
