Magandang araw Lucians!Narito ang L.I.N.K Club upang ipaalala na ang mental health ay isang priyoridad dahil maaring magbago o maimpluwensyahan ng mga sitwasyon sa buhay ng tao.Sinasabi din dito ang kaligayahan ay mahalaga dahil nakakatulong upang masaya tayo sa ating buhay,maiiwasan ang istress at nakakatulong sa ating mental na kalusugan. Mahalaga ding alagaan ang ating mga sarili upang tayo ay malusog at ganadong humarap sa pang-araw araw na pamumuhay.
