URBAN GARDENING 101 with TLE Club

''The Joy Of Urban Farming'' in Masambong High School. This program was launched by Quezon City Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte in 2010.

The main purpose of “Joy of Urban Farming” are slowly trying to convince people to adopt the idea of cultivating their own food – basically, to provide them with a safe and healthy diet.

The program is in partnership with the Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Education (DepED), various NGOs, and Allied Botanical Corporation

Together with TLE Club,Parents, teachers, and stakeholders unite to sow the seeds of sustainability and education in our community.

Gratitude in Full Bloom: A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our Urban Gardening event at Masambong High School a resounding success! From Mayor Joy Belmonte's visionary leadership to the dedication of the TLE Club, parents, teachers, and community members, your passion for sustainability and education shone brightly.

Also, We would like to give thanks for this oppurtinity that was given by our diligent School Principal, Dr. Reynaldo E.Casing and to our ever supportive Head Teacher of TLE department of Masambong High school.
