Tortuous aorta. Fusiform aneurysm of descending aorta with mural thrombus. Large fusiform anuerysms of both common iliac arteries and both internal iliacs with large mural thrombi (the left internal iliac artery is completely occluded). The caliber of both external iliac arteries are normal with minimal mural thrombi. There is a large hereogeneously enhancing fairly defined mass in the pelvis medial to the left internal iliac artery which we considered to be a large aneurysm of one of the branches of the left internal iliac artery. Associated erosions of the sacrum and coccyx probably secondary to the pulsatile effect of the said aneurysm.
