“I’ve been out of the hospital for a while now.
Tahimik lang muna ako nitong mga nakaraang araw—kailangan ko ng oras. Oras para magpahinga, mag-isip, at huminga.
Hindi lang pisikal na pagod ang naranasan ko habang naka-confine—mas mabigat ang tama nito sa emosyon.

To be honest, I’ve been running on empty.
Palaging puyat, laging skip ng meals, at paulit-ulit na pagsabing ‘kaya pa,’ kahit ramdam na ng katawan ko na hindi na talaga.
Nagpanggap akong okay, pero unti-unti na pala akong nauubos.

Lying on that hospital bed made me face a truth I kept avoiding:
Walang amount ng trabaho, success, or pagiging busy ang mas mahalaga pa sa kalusugan ko.

Kaya kung nababasa mo ‘to, sana maalala mong alagaan mo rin ang sarili mo.
Kumain sa oras. Matulog ng maaga. Uminom ng tubig. Magpahinga.
Huwag mong hintayin na ang katawan mo pa ang pilit na magpahinto sa’yo.

230 - 130 - (15) spices, condiments, uling, ilaw = 85 pesos

85 pesos x 40 pieces = 3,400 pesos per day

3400 pesos x 30 days = 102,000 pesos

102,000 pesos per month working from 4PM - 10PM A DAY.

After this computation and realization sabi ko sa sarili it's not about air conditioned office, degree, profession, job title and pursue your dying dream job. One day I want to own a business.

Opss I know meron mga katulad ko na empleyado na baka di sumang ayon dito but please I just want to share my thoughts lang hindi ko po ine - exposed si kuya or minamaliit yung pagiging regular employee mas maganda lang na bukas tayo sa ibang opportunity na mas pwede tayo mag - excel.
