LA MESA DAM OVERFLOW ADVISORY

PAGASA reported that the water level at La Mesa Dam has reached 79.41 meters as of 11:50 AM on Wednesday, due to the continuous rainfall brought about by and southwest monsoon. The dam is expected to overflow once it reaches 80.15 meters.

Flooding is expected in low-lying areas by Tullahan River including Fairview, Forest Hills Subd., Quirino Highway, Sta. Quiteria, and San Bartolome in Quezon City, Brgy. Ligon, North Expressway, La Huerta Subd., in Valenzuela, and Malabon.

The weather bureau advised residents of the aforementioned areas to be alert for possible flooding. (Facebook/DOST-PAGASA)
