UPDATE as of 9:07 p.m.: Per Office of the Executive Secretary, classes in elementary & high school (including SENIOR HIGH school) are suspended, Feb. 27, 2017, in NCR and OTHER AREAS AFFECTED by the transport strike NATIONWIDE.
