We would like to respectfully inform you of the details of the upcoming graduation for this school year. Please see details below:
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
1. Activity:Baccalaureate Mass (for catholics) Church Service (for non-catholics)
Participants: All Graduating Students (Prep, G6 & G10) and Parents of all graduating students
Date: March 27, 2015
Time: 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Venue: University Chapel
What to wear:Complete and Proper School Uniform
2. Activity: Recognition Day
Participants:Nursery, Kinder 1, Grades 1-5; Grades 7-9 and their parents
Date: March 27, 2015
Time:10:00 am 12:00 nn
Venue: Amphitheater
What to wear:Please follow the reminders given by the adviser.
3. Activity: Commencement Exercises (Graduation Ceremony)
Date: March 27, 2015
Time: 4:00 pm- 6:00 pm
Venue:AMA University Gym

A. Fees
All preparatory, Grade 6 and Grade 10 students should pay the amount of Php 2,000.00 as graduation fee. The fees include the graduation and baccalaureate expenses.
B. Requirements for Graduation
1. Clearance
The clearance form must have been signed by the different subject teachers and respective officers on or before March 25, 2015.
2. Punctuality and Attendance
Please observe punctuality in the recollection, baccalaureate and graduation even during practices. Practices will only start when everybody is present. Do not be the cause of delays. Attendance will be checked in all practices and activities. The following cases shall mean non-issuance of certificate of good moral character: a) unexcused absences b) one tardiness during practices c) incurring offenses (minor & major) during practices.
3. Graduation fee must be paid on or before March 23, 2015.
C. Decorum During Graduation
1. Be punctual for the processional.
2. Maintain silence until the end of the procession.
3. Sit or stand properly during the entire ceremony. The following are not allowed: changing seats, chatting, howling, waving of hands, eating or chewing gum, tossing of invitations/diplomas, drinking and leaving the venue.
4. Maintain the orderliness of the processional and recessional until the end of the line.
5. Respect for medals and diplomas should be considered.
6. Take heavy meal before you come to the venue and attend to personal necessities before going to the line
formation.
7. Any violation in the proper decorum during the ceremony means non-issuance of certificate of good moral
character.
D. Picture Taking during the Graduation Ceremony
1. Family members who desire to take pictures should stay within the designated areas for photographers.
2. Picture taking should not disrupt the solemnity of the ceremony.
E. The toga shall be paid separately from the graduation fee. The students may advise to go and inquire with the Property Office and look for Mr. Jerry for the sizes and price.
F. Graduation Practices
The practices will start on March 25, 8:00 am to 12:00nn. The students may wear jeans/pants and decent shirt/blouse during practices but still they have to wear ID in the school premise. Attendance will be checked.
Our aim is to let all the students realize how important to have discipline in everything they do. With the
requirements and guidelines we had set, these will help them behave in an appropriate manner during a special occasion such as this. I am hoping that you are one with us in implementing the guidelines mentioned above. For further announcement, we will keep you posted through our facebook account, cellphone or you may call 454-5352.
